The place had a nice view of the countryside and was located a few kilometers from town. We got bruschetta and salad one evening with a carafe of local wine. It felt welcoming and friendly.
The bed was so firm, felt like sleeping on a rock, which made us uncomfortable and restless. We didn't like it at all.

the location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the picturesque countryside. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of fresh, local ingredients.
The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but that seems to be the norm in this part of Italy.

The room, terrace, garden, breakfast, and view were all amazing. Donatella and Francesco made us feel right at home and their hospitality was really good. Aperitivo with homemade bruschetta and local wine was a good touch. Grazie!

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms and common areas always super clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the terrace and garden, where I enjoyed the beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside. The parking was convenient and hassle-free, allowing me to easily explore this charming city on my own. The location was very close to the center, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. But what stood out was the staff - they were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
Everything was spot on. From the room to the service, there was nothing negative to mention.

Great views and friendly staff! The location was perfect for a nice city break, not too far from the city centre and still in a great spot to enjoy the countryside. The room was cozy and well-furnished, and the breakfast was tasty. The garden was a nice place to relax and enjoy the views.
The bed was too firm for my taste, and it made sleeping difficult at times. The room was also a bit noisy with traffic outside, and it was hard to ignore.
